Shipping Policy

1. Ordering

Choose the items that you want to buy. All chosen items will be added to your shopping cart which you can find at the top right corner of the web page. Once you click on your shopping cart, you will be given the opportunity to review your order and proceed with the checkout. Please follow the delivery and payment instructions. Once the payment has been made, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

2. Shipping

Please be aware that the standard shipping fee will be calculated based on the total amount of goods purchased. This will vary based on the country you would like us to ship to. See below chart for minimum order per country for free delivery. Should the total amount be lower than the suggested minimum order, a flat rate will be automatically added for delivery services which varies by country. Once the payment has been confirmed, all orders are expected to be delivered within 2 – 8 business days (depending on country of delivery) starting from the day we receive your order. However, we always try to ensure that orders arrive sooner.

We are shipping to 29 countries in Europe. As shipping costs differ from country to country, we made an overview so you can see easily how much you need to order for free delivery.

All delivery times are approximate and can be delayed due to circumstances out of our control, such as poor weather conditions and seasonal surges, so please allow 48 hours from dispatch for your order to arrive.

Grandorf cannot be responsible for damage or loss of products due to unavailable recipient or incorrect address information, or theft. We are not able to change the address or cancel an order once the package has been shipped. Please ensure the recipient will be available upon delivery of your package.

If you are not at home and delivery was not possible, we reserve the right to apply further delivery charges should you require us to resend your order.

3. Tracking

When the shipping label is created you will receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your package until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Refunding

If a purchased product is defective or not to the buyer’s satisfaction, please contact us by email on hello@grandorf.eu and provide us with a picture of what happened. We will be in contact to find a solution. When you ordered an incorrect product, you can return the product in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, to the following address after informing us by email on hello@grandorf.eu:

In such event, Absolute Petfood Ltd. shall provide the buyer a credit for other purchases from the website (less shipping and handling charges incurred). This section sets forth the buyer’s sole and exclusive right to refund.

5. Canceling

If you wish to cancel your order and your item has already been dispatched, please ensure that you return your purchase to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt in order to obtain a refund excluding postage costs. All shipping costs to return a cancelled order are at the cost of the consumer.
